Architectural Designers New Zealand would like to thank you for your support and participation at the ADNZ 2019 National Conference. The following details have been compiled to ensure that you have accessed all the information you will need for this exhibition and sponsorship.

Exhibition space inclusions

Included in your exhibition space is:

  • Area (space only) - 1.8m wide x 1.2m deep

  • Power with multi box (10 amp supply)

  • Trestle table, chairs, table cloth - Please confirm your requirements on the Exhibition Update Form by Monday 02 September. Accessories for hire, such as backing boards, paneling, and additional furniture can be arranged with the Display Company (see below).


Delegate bag insert

Sponsors are invited to include branded merchandise into the delegate bags. We encourage sponsors to provide something unique, that fits within your own brand. Please confirm your requirements on the Exhibition Update Form by Monday 02 September.

We require 260 items to be placed in the delegate bags and delivered no later than Monday 14 October. Please address all inserts with the following details (please package and send separately to items being displayed on your exhibition space):

Registration

Sponsors receive a full registration for one representative to exhibit and attend the conference. Additional representation can be purchased at the ADNZ member rate (once the early bird registration has closed).
Sponsors will be sent a separate link to register their complimentary and additional representatives online, once conference registrations open.


Pack in and out times

  • Exhibition pack in: 2.00pm - 5.00pm, Wednesday 16 October.

  • Exhibition pack out: 3.00pm - 5.00pm, Friday 18 October. Please note, with the Architectural Design Awards in the evening, pack out must be completed by 5.00pm.


Display company

Exhibition Hire Services is the company contracted to provide the power and is also able to assist with stand design and has accessories for hire, such as backing boards, paneling, and additional furniture. For further information contact:

Courier details

Goods being sent to Millennium Hotel Queenstown, arriving prior to the conference should be clearly labeled with the Delivery Label Template.

Please ensure you allow plenty of time for you goods to be sent to Queenstown.


Post conference - Courier pick up

At the conclusion of the exhibition, if you are couriering any items directly from the venue, we ask that you use the following procedures.

  • Book courier and advise that the items are to be collected from Millennium Queenstown no later than midday, Monday 21 October. The venue takes no responsibility for goods left on the premises after this time. All packaging or other items left on the premises will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly at the owner’s expense.

  • Ensure all items are correctly labeled for collection by the couriers and marked, with number of items to be collected, i.e.: 1 of 4.

  • An Outgoing Packages Form is to be completed and placed with your packages before your departure from the venue.
